Noodlers Ink The Plain's Blue Rainbow

The Plain's Blue Rainbow is a custom color that Noodlers developed for us here in the Midwest.  It is a Turquoisey Blue that tends to shade.  Its really meant to represent the myriad of blue colors found in our big and sometimes stormy sky here in Nebraska.
